I went over the point system and can't understand how Kerber and Howe can maintain such a high ranking according to the weekly point system when they missed 6 weeks and did not wrestle? The other wrestlers were winning with pins , techs, and majors

It's an average of their matches. Once they have met the minimum 30% threshold (of team-scoring dates), whether they have wrestled ten matches or one-hundred is irrelevant.
