My name is Matt Greenberg and I am the head coach for next years US Maccabi Wrestling Team. The Maccabi Games are a great opportunity for your Jewish wrestlers to gain international wrestling experience representing the USA in a world competition. The trip is 3 weeks of travel, training and competition throughout Israel with the rest of Team USA in an Olympic style event. I made the trip in 2005 and it was a great experience which allowed me to compete against wrestlers from Russia, Israel, various former Soviet republics and many other countries. In the past, many Division 1 All Americans have made the trip to Israel to compete for the gold medal. I can promise you that it is an experience that your wrestlers will keep with them for the rest of your lives.

The trials will be in Ohio on April 7th but if you have anybody who is interested please let me know so that we can get in contact with them as soon as possible.
