1) The score is tied with 30 seconds left in the match. Do you:
A) Go on the offensive and try to get a takedown to win the match
B) Go on the defensive and try to score on a counter move to win the match
C) Take a horrible shot and hold on to your opponent's ankle while watching the clock run down
D) You're so gassed out by now that you can't muster up any offense or defense, just tie up and hang on so you can work your magic in OT

2) You're down by 1 with 30 seconds left in the match. Do you:
A) Relentlessly take shot after shot until you get the winning takedown
B) Keep pushing your opponent out of bounds until the ref penalizes him with a stalling point to tie the match
C) Take an "injury" timeout to strategize
D) Attempt a last-ditch, overly-dramatic throw and go straight to your own back, giving up another 5 points in the waning moments of the bout

3) Your team has a chance to win a dual meet against your biggest rivals, but to do so your coach has asked you to wrestle up a weight class against their best wrestler. Do you:
A) Agree to do so because you're a team player and will do your best for your coach and fellow teammates
B) Agree to do so because a wrestler never backs down from a challange
C) Refuse to do so because wrestling is an individual sport and you're not going to risk your individual record for the good of the team
D) Go out there and wrestle the worst possible match in the history of scholastic wrestling so your coach will never dare ask you to do such a thing ever again

4) Your coach would best describe you as:
A) a leader
B) an inspiration
C) troubled but talented
D) Uncoachable

5) You've been upset in the first round of a major tournament that you were favored to win. Do you:
A) Wrestle admirably through all your consolation matches for a chance at 3rd place
B) Fake an injury in your very next consolation match so you have an excuse to not wrestle anymore
C) Remain seated in the bleachers as they give the final call for you to appear for your consolation match
D) Be seen nonchalantly exiting the building with suitcase in hand just a few minutes after you were upset

6) You've lost a hugely controversial match in the finals of a major tournament. Do you:
A) Show up to the awards ceremony and respectfully take your place on the 2nd place podium
B) Show up to the awards ceremony, and even though disappointed, graciously congratulate your opponent
C) Show up, Ara Abrahamian style
D) Remain seated in the bleachers and listen to the crowd boo and jeer your empty place on the podium

7) The seeds for the state tourney have just been published and you're up against the #1 ranked defending state champ in the first round. Do you:
A) Work extra hard in practice and mentally prepare yourself to upset the the state champ
B) Tell yourself rankings don't mean anything and what really matters is how you wrestle in the actual match
C) Whine to your coach about him not getting you a better seed
D) Prepare for defeat

8) Your grueling finals match has gone into double OT. Do you:
A) Remain focused. You're tired but so is your opponent. Push through the fatigue and win.
B) Remind yourself of all the hard work you've done, all those miles ran, all those wind sprints, they've prepared you for this moment
C) You're so psychologically out of shape you start the following internal dialogue: "Second place ain't so bad. Lotta great wrestlers got 2nd. Even the great Karelin got second once. So did Gable, and so did..."
D) You're so physically out of shape you go into fatigue-induced hallucinations inspired by folk singers from the 70's: "Hello OT my old friend, I've come to wrestle with you again..."
