The Rhino eXtreme is a competitive youth, high school, and open division tournament that features a simultaneous Rookie Tournament. The eXtreme is advertised as 'not for everyone' as it is a four division tournament. While all the divisions are competitive the elementary division is recognized as one of the toughest in the Southeast if not the nation. The middle school division is so competitive that many wrestlers opt to wrestle in the Rookie tournament if they qualify to do so.

- Birth years 1992-1996
- Wrestlers born in 1992 must have proof they are still in high school
- Open Division
Wrestlers that choose to compete in the eXtreme are rewarded with custom medals (belt buckles) through sixth place along with a three match guarantee unless a bracket has less than four wrestlers in it. Rhino eXtreme Champions are awarded a custom belt buckle and the coveted Rhino eXtreme Championship Belt.
The Rookie Tournament is a double elimination tournament reserved exclusively for eighth graders and below that are in their first or second year of wrestling. This tournament medals to third place.
Head gear is required for all divisions except the Open division. Wrestlers with orthodontics must wear a mouthguard.

- Division 1 - 1.5 minute periods (championship & consolation)
- Divisions 2, 3, & Open - 2 minute periods (championship & consolation)
- Rookie Tournament
- 6 - 10: 1 minute periods (championship & consolation)
- 11 - 14: 1.5 minute periods (championship & consolation)
